The downtown Redlands’ parking structure is conveniently located adjacent to and along the Metro rail line platform. The large structure offers over 380 parking stalls and pedestrian access to many of Redlands new downtown destinations.

The project included 6,000 sf of retail space bordering a new public pedestrian plaza, as well as access from multiple levels of the structure to an adjacent retail and restaurant building.
The narrow site is bordered by the rail platform located on Stuart Street, the new 3rd Street retail building and the new coffee shop. Our design and architectural character of the project harkens back to an earlier time of the agrarian citrus packing houses in Redlands at the turn of the century.
The contemporary design has echoes of the citrus packing houses from Redlands' past. Ease of access to shopping makes for a satisfying experience.
