Starbucks Coffee Shop
Property One, LLC
Redlands, California
SGH Architects was commissioned to develop a unique drive-through coffee shop within the transit village area adjacent to the commuter rail platform. Visiting rail passengers, local residents, and out-of-town guests parking in the new 3rd Street Parking Structure can easily grab a cup of coffee to start their day – or enjoy the outdoor ambiance of Redlands’ Packing House District.
The design for the coffee shop is unique with its welcoming butterfly roof, materials that harken to the agrarian-rich history of the area, and its pedestrian-friendly patios.
