3rd Street Retail Building

The 3rd Street Retail Building is a three-story retail and restaurant building situated adjacent to the Downtown Redlands Parking Structure. It shares access to the 3rd Street Plaza, as well as Stuart Street, the Metro Rail Platform, and all other downtown destinations. The third floor of the building offers vista views of the San Bernardino mountains to the north and a panoramic view of downtown Redlands to the south. The building’s materiality is brick veneer and metal detailing at the ground level for context with the historic Grigsby Building to the east and evolves with a modern interpretation of an industrial aesthetic as the building rises, with general glass facades with passive horizontal shade louvers.
